So a couple days ago...
My cat, Cookie, turned one year old. Yay! I am so proud of her! March 30 is her birthday. March 30, 2007. I can't believe I have had her for that long already. It seemed as though it was only a couple months ago when I first got a hold of her. These days are passing by too quickly. I am not quick enough to grasp a hold of what I want. I really wish I took my time to take more photos and videos of her when she was a kitten still. And when I say kitten, I mean like 3 weeks to 7 months old. Around there. Preferably 3 weeks to 3 months...since I got her when she was 3 weeks old...and so tiny. My first ever pet in my life. I am so glad I have her.
Right now...
She is hiding under my bed because she is scared of the giant fitness ball that my older sister bought. It is this 2 feet silver bouncy ball. I'm not so sure of the size, but it is pretty big, you know? She really runs when she sees it. She's really calm though if I hold her with a blanket wrapped around her. It reminds me of when she was a kitten...I miss those days!! I miss it bad!!
As for deviantART...
I am still enjoying every minute of it. Pretty darn wonderful. I just need to upload some more traditional work that I have done or that I have had from the past which I never put up...I also need to take more original photography and stick it on here as well. I'm just waiting...eventually the time will come...
Lately.</small>
As some of you may know, I have been really annoyed of my own art, but I came to a conclusion: well, actually, my friend, Raechael, here on deviantART, started a Photo Adventure List. That can be something that might help. And thank you matt2tb for making another suggestion which I will take into mind as well. Loads of great suggestions. Thanks again. Other than that though, I am going to have to find the time to do all those. Also, I felt as though I have encountered some kind of ''artist's block'' and I need to break free from it. As long as I have my camera with me, I guess I should be fine. Even if I take somewhat lame pictures, I could always use it as some kind of reference for some of my traditonal or digital works.
If you would like to know.
I'll just throw down this little section about me just in case anyone would like to know anything. So basically, I am 18 years young and I currently attend the Art Institute of California - Sacramento with a major in Graphic Design. I have mainly focused on traditional art for the first 17 years of my life. It wasn't until recently that I looked into working on photography and digital art. I must admit, I have been missing out greatly. During the meantime, the camera I am using is just a Canon EOS Rebel XTi or the 400D. Occasionally, it would be with some regular point and shoots from Sony and Olympus. I am saving up right now to buy some good set of lens. I don't really care for getting a really expensive camera since the one I have now suits what I like already. Besides, with school being so expensive, I need to save my money for my needs, not my wants. Although getting some cheaper wants would be nice.
Lastly.
I just want to thank those who have been watching me and keeping in contact with me. I really appreciate it. You are all great people and great artisits. Keep up the wonderful works.
I would also like people to go look at my good friend's work. Raechael, which I have mentioned above. She's one of the people making me keep up with the photography. She has no icon yet, she's having difficulties. Haha.
There is also someone else who does the same, but he doesn't have a DA account, which I find is quite lame because he is a great artist. My friend Taylor helps me a lot as well. I am going to make him make an account.
The end and thanks for reading.
ps. i love this small font.
